Anyway, a little more on him. Vlad may or may not be Angelica’s fraternal twin. Aside from being male, gay, dark-haired, and a mad genius, he’s basically exactly like Angelica- energetic, crazy, obsessed with rainbows and bacon, really tacky taste in clothes- everything. He’s Libby’s BFF from way back, which is how Ange and Libby ended up rooming with each other.
